Arizona Spring Break

Sunday - March 20th....8 hour drive to Tombstone, AZ.

Monday - March 21st - Bisbee, AZ

Here we went to an old mine where they took you in by a small train and our tour guide even worked this mine back when it was active.  By far my favorite mine tour we have ever done.

Then we walked the streets of Bisbee, got lunch, ice cream and explored.

On our way back to the hotel we popped into Boothill Cemetery

Tuesday - Tombstone
We got here first thing in the morning to beat all the foot traffic and what a great shot we got.  Now...let's explore...

First we hit up Birdcage Theatre.  This is the last and only original standing building that never burnt down. The history is inside was amazing and some of it still original from the day they closed their doors.

We then took a trolley ride around town and got even more history of locations around town.  Then off to a gunfight and lunch.

Did some more walking around and ran into friends...

Then it was off to the O.K. Corral for the famous gunfight story of Tombstone

One more ghost tour, dinner and then finally done wrapping up a full day of tours and fun.  And of course we couldn't leave Tombstone without buying some cap guns for a brother shoot out.

Wednesday - Kartchner Caverns

Today we headed out to Auntie Sams but first stop was Kartchner Caverns. This place is amazing and nothing but an ugly Arizona hill from the outside but inside....was absolutely amazing and a true sight to see.  Unfortunately no pictures were allowed inside to help preserve the natural beauty.

Arrived to your cousins and mommy was off to watch Hailyn at swim lessons

Thursday -

Today we hit up Los Dutchman State Park also known as Superstition Mountain.  This was a beautiful hike and so fun to explore the Arizona desert.  It was a perfect time to visit with everything in bloom.

After we finished up our 2.5 miles here we headed over to Goldfield Ghost Town for lunch and a little more fun.

Auntie Sam even bought you boys tickets for the zip-line

Once back to the house you boys were such good sports and played everything Hailyn requested you do....even if that meant dress up!!!

Friday -

Today we hit up some Angels Spring Training at the Oaklands A's facility.  And Uncle Tommy made it home in time to spend the day with us.

And the Angels won!!!

Later this night we colored eggs with one of Hailyn's friend Lexi.

Saturday -

Time to say "see you next time"
